Eric Person, PE has built a career in the MEP Engineering Design industry of over 23 years and earned hard-fought experience in both new and difficult renovation projects across a wide range of client markets.
After 12 years designing HVAC systems across increasingly complex projects, he helped found and grow an MEP Engineering and Architectural firm from the ground up.
Now, with Ranaverde Consulting, Eric is focused on bringing that depth of experience to a select group of clients — providing the kind of senior-level, hands-on consulting that larger firms can’t always deliver.
